Now, I lost a lot of money joining several online businesses. The reason is, because I didn't know what to look for before joining a home based business. This is what you need to do BEFORE you join any home business first. If you come across an opportunity that says, "We do 98% of the work for you"; "We do all the telling and selling for you"; "All you do is set your website up"! Well, that is merley a stretch from the truth! What they don't tell you is that the other "2%" is the most important part of your success online, and that is marketing, marketing, marketing! You need to know how to market home based business, and drive traffic to your website. Then, yeah, they will do all of the selling and telling for you.
The second thing to look for is a review on the opportunity and the sponsor or person you will be joining. You can search for the program or business to see if it has any good or bad reviews. Now, not all bad claims are accurate. I will go throgh that later. You want to then look up the person, of which, you are thinking about joining. Do a search on that person to see if he or she has any good or bad reviews Now if the person is new, and just starting to make money, then you will not findany bad things about that person, which is a good thing. One important thing to look for when looking at joining a person or business, is if they valid contact info. If they no way of getting intouch with them, then keep looking. If they do, then try to contact them by email, phone, etc... If you never get a response or a call back, then move on.
The last thing to look for in finding the right home based business, is comming accross a limited time offer. You may come across something that says, "Join in the next 48 hours or it will be gone forever". These are pressure tactics most of the time, and are designed to make have to sign up now or miss out. The truth is, these so called "limited time offers" will always be there. When you check a mounth or two from now, they will still be up!
You must understand, that just because you see reviews that says this person or business is a scam, or he took my money, dosentmean that the business is a scam. The people posting these reviews may have just gotten placed under a bad mentor, who just left them out to dry. Or the person posting the bad review, may have not done any work, and expected the company to do all the work for them. All of this dosen't mean that company is dad. It may depend on who you are under, and is going to teach you the concepts of internet marketing.
